By downloading, installing, or using the Glosa mobile application and backend services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Glosa is a personal reader tool designed to assist with foreign language acquisition by looking up single words in web articles. You agree to use the application only for lawful, personal purposes.
To keep the service affordable and stable, we enforce daily lookup limits per device and account. You must not circumvent these rate limits, scrape the translation proxy API, or use automated scripts to send translation queries to our servers. Abuse of the lookup endpoints may result in permanent IP or device bans.
Glosa offers premium features on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed and managed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. All refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's respective store refund policies.
Glosa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy of translation results, uptime of translation proxy services, or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Glosa or its developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the application or service.
